When creating your checklist, I recommend creating a daily routine. For example, things you will do every time a guest checks out without fail.
Then you should include a weekly and a monthly routine. These are things you don’t have to do often, but by writing them down on a checklist, you will not forget them.
An example of a weekly routine may be to clean inside kitchen cupboards and shine stainless steel appliances. Monthly items may be to spot clean walls and doors, deep clean oven, etc.
Your daily routines should be straight forward. But sometimes you can forget little things which may effect how a guest reviews you. By listing everything on your checklist, you will avoid missing anything, which should improve your ratings.
